  1. Please complete the form HERE for general inquiries regarding registration with the club

  2. We will contact you to tell you if there is space in the group for the athlete applying

  3. Once confirmation of event group space is confirmed, register through AthleticsReg

  4. Payment is available online through AthleticsReg through a one time payment or in 4 installments

  5. All waivers are available within the online registration form. Power of Attorney forms are utilized and only used to allow YUTC administrators complete meet entries and sign off on competition waivers

  6. Athletics Ontario memberships are charged separately within the club membership registration portal. Athletics Ontario membership pricing can be found HERE

  7. ***NEW*** Rowan’s Law: Concussion Awareness — All incoming athletes/parents must acknowledge that they have reviewed Ontario’s Concussion Awareness Resources.
